Rich:
I wanted to thank you and Dan for putting together this incredible swimming resource. Technology is incredible today! You have really made your "book" instruction come alive. Watching you go through the drills and the basic swimming has helped me in my visualization of what I should look like when performing the drills and/or sets. There seems to be volumes and volumes of literature on the proper catch, hand movement through the water, hip roll, body balance...etc...and we are forced to see these examples through poor body sketches, but with your e-book, we as an uneducated and money strapped audience can see exactly what you are talking about. I have this loaded on my desktop now and have been reviewing it every chance I get, it seems like each time I review it I see something new. For $14.95 I think you are giving it away!! Anyhow, thanks again for your support of the "everyday athlete"!--Adam Towle

Rich:
I had ordered the swim eBook this past week. Love the format and the video's within it. I was primarily interested in it to try and begin working more on propulsion rather than balance as I have worked on TI drills over the last 2 years and have developed good body balance. Your front quadrant swimming drill helped immensly with my propulsion.... turns out I was actually swimming too front quadrant. I was basically doing the Touch and Go drill as my swim. Once I started the catch as my recovery hand crosses my forehead I began to feel my lats being used. I've never felt my lats used in swimming like that... 50m at a time and they are junk. Doesn't take too long before I am doing 25 free 25 drill and repeating that. Good thing it is the off season so I can work on making them a good strong aerobic muscle. I'm going to bump my swimming to 5X per week since I can't really swim more than 500-750m freestlye during my whole set without my lats going ****ty. Anyway I'm getting wordy now. Thanks for putting that eBook together. Awesome resource!!! --Beemis
