inquiring about my coaching services for 2008. I am currently at
capacity and am no longer taking on additional 1:1 athletes for this
season.
My experience
through over 6 years of Ironman coaching, across hundreds of athletes,
has shown me that quality coaching doesn't have to cost a fortune. My
present focus is on using technology and the social networking
platform of
Endurance Nation
to scale my services; providing high quality, efficient, and
interactive coaching solutions to a large group of people for a
fraction of the cost of the traditional 1:1 relationship.
My three primary
services for 2008 are:
1.
ENPlans
Since January
2005, over 1000 athletes, including many podium finishers and Kona
qualifiers, have had great success with a $99-150 training solution.
Membership in Endurance Nation includes open access to ALL of my
training plans!
2.
ENGroups
This is a
race-specific coaching solution that allows you to share resources,
collaborate with, and receive support from your fellow training
program participants. This tier will be the focus of our innovative
coaching and support.
3.
Customized Training Plans
For athletes
wanting a more individualized, but still affordable, coaching
solution. Due to the customized nature of this tier, I'm unable to
